Masala Chai #realfoodtopic

I had a video for you, but lost it (nothing new around here). Here's how. 1 Glass almost full of whole milk (we use raw) 1 Glass all the way full of water (we use filtered) Pour these two into a sauce pan and turn it on. When it starts to really bubble on the sides just to the point of boiling. Turn it off. Immediately add 2 crushed cardamon pods (with seeds) 3 full tsp loose leaf black tea (from an Indian market) Let seep for 3-5 minutes (empty the dishwasher or something). Stir once, and check the color, meanwhile. Serve with honey or raw sugar to taste. Makes 2 cups. "Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is GOOD And delight yourself in abundance..." (emphasis added) Isaiah 55:2 I know Americans are not ready to surrender their food choices to the Lord, and it sounds weird, but I promise, it's a wide wide arena of glorious real food, the way God designed it. You'll be amazed at how truly satisfying and good, real food is. Remember: if you don't know what the label says, your body doesn't either.
