Popcorn- One of Life's Simple Joys

Parmesan Popcorn

1 Pot
1 T - 1 1/2 T Ghee (it's better for you than Veggie Oil)
Enough popcorn kernels to layer the bottom of the pan in one layer
You definitely need to put a lid on that
High Heat on the stove
(Pop and shake)
Garlic powder to taste
melted butter to taste
shredded Parmesan to taste
sea salt to taste (stay away from that table salt)

Mix and Done
