California here I come....

right back where I started from.

I found out the day I got back (I got back at 1:30 in the morning from Mallorca), that Keane and I would be leaving again on Thursday (tomorrow!) to go back to the States. I haven't been back in over two years! I'm pretty proud of myself for holding out that long.

I hope, if I ever go, by myself again, that it won't be this hard to leave my husband. That is the very uncool part about this trip. I am so dependent on him (he chides me over that), that the big bad world is scary without him. I would crawl in a cave if something were ever to happen to him. I know emotionally it will always be hard, but maybe I won't be this scared. I love him so much and am so grateful I have a godly Christian husband.

I'm hoping that if some of you read this from FRBC, that you won't let the word get out, 'cause I would like to surprise them Sunday morning (they are like family). I'm on a mission to visit at least one Christian bookstore while I'm there, go to Taco Bell and other various Mexican food restaurants, take a couple baby swimming courses, take a picture of four generations with Great Grandma, and find the missing parts to Keane's exersaucer. It's the circus Mega version by Evenflow. I need a toy and a leg (to hold it still, poor guy). He's not ready to rock and roll, as you can see below.

Did you try ebay. I always search for misc things there. So cool you are getting to go home. Yo'll be able to call home and hear his vioce at almost any time. You'll do fine. He would be lost w/o you too. Absence makes the heart grow fonder maybe keane will have a little borther or sister soon. :0 Hee

Hey-- Until Keane gets his balance, roll up a small towel and put it between his chest and the front of the seat to help him sit up so he doesn't bop his head around so much and bump it. It's usually around 7 months old that they get the hang of it. He is so big!
he has kind of developed the art of leaning to one side for a little more sturdiness. Thanks for the tip. I'll try it.
